The buying process is simple:
1) Submit the name of the property and purchase offer price, your full name(s) address and phone number(s).
2) We will respond within 24 hours and provide Purchase Offer Deposit to sign.
3) Upon receipt, Global TimeShare Solutions will present your offer to the Seller.
4) Once Seller and Buyer agree on the price and terms of the sale Escrow is opened to complete the transfer of ownership. The title search and escrow process is similar to buying a home and takes approximately 30-60 days.
5) The next step is to transfer all pertinent documents, ensuring that they comply with the Resort and Association.
6) Finally, notify the Resort so that the change in ownership can be properly registered in their records.
